Action Against Hunger
Action Against Hunger’s Dynamic and dedicated team are passionate people who strive to make a meaningful contribution in the fight against child hunger. The new London office wanted to communicate the brand vision, it’s history and the impact it has globally with it’s fight against worldwide hunger.
The new site is on the 4th floor of the Mitre Building in North Greenwich. The space benefits from natural daylight and from a central route linking one end of the office to the other affording the space with good sight lines. We worked collaboratively with AAH to create an interactive journey through this space, offering an immersive experience that directly communicates to the team or visitor what it means to be part of Action Against Hunger, what it has achieved, what it’s currently doing and its aims for the future.
The exhibition is be bold, colourful, brave, honest, but most importantly adaptable and flexible. We wanted to create a framework that can be constantly updated. We provided the tools to enable AAH to carry on refreshing the space after ‘day one’. Elements of the design can be pulled apart, pushed together and taken to other sites allowing ultimate functionality and the ability to spread the message outside of Greenwich. The visual identity for this exhibition will aim to embody the charity rather than simply exhibit information.
As part of the journey we created an elevated exhibition space, constructed as a floating scene above the central desks within the main office area to display some of the vibrant photography and inspirational people from AAH work overseas in action. The gallery is to inspire and motivate the team to continue the precious work they are doing by being able to visualise it in action.
